Marchmont is a nine-page Framer template for residential brokerages, boutique estate agencies, property consultants, and designers working with a real estate client. It pairs an editorial, one-pixel-line layout with a photography-led light theme.
The site runs on nine connected CMS collections and sixty fields, already filled with sample content. Listings, journal posts, team bios, testimonials, services, areas, stages, questions, and legal pages update from Framer’s CMS panel instead of requiring layout edits. Status filters on the homes index and home page, plus a subject filter on the journal, write their state to the URL so filtered views can be shared and survive reloads.
Included: 9 pages, 9 CMS collections, 60 fields, 8 colour styles, 14 text styles, native Site Search on every page, forms, layout templates, 3 responsive breakpoints, and no code components. Light theme only. A Framer plan with CMS is required to keep all collections live after remix.
