Motion you can actually change
Every entrance is a native Framer Effect — no hidden animation code. Five presets across the whole site, all on one easing curve, with staggered cascades on every grid and list tuned to finish inside 1.2 seconds. Layer names carry their preset (Team List · card-lift), so you can find every use of an animation by searching the layers panel. Mobile carries its own reduced distances.
A few signature pieces — the hero reveal, the scroll-linked photo reveals, and the sticky method rail — are powered by included code overrides, documented inside the template.
